HarmfulLifecyclePolicy
A customer-managed lifecycle rule that would tier files to offline tier or delete Rubrik-owned objects at an archival location.

| ruleId | String! | The identifier of the lifecycle rule, as reported by the cloud provider. It is unique within a location. |
