EmCatalogRole

Represents the built-in catalog role in Entitlement Management. These are the only roles that can be assigned — custom roles are not supported.

EM_CATALOG_ROLE_ACCESS_PACKAGE_ASSIGNMENT_MANAGER	Catalog-scoped: can assign and remove users from existing access packages.
EM_CATALOG_ROLE_ACCESS_PACKAGE_MANAGER	Catalog-scoped: can create and manage access packages within the catalog.
EM_CATALOG_ROLE_CATALOG_CREATOR	Tenant-wide: can create and manage catalogs.
EM_CATALOG_ROLE_CATALOG_OWNER	Catalog-scoped: full control of a catalog.
EM_CATALOG_ROLE_CATALOG_READER	Catalog-scoped: view-only access to a catalog's access packages.
EM_CATALOG_ROLE_CONNECTED_ORGANIZATION_ADMINISTRATOR	Tenant-wide: can create and manage connected organizations.
EM_CATALOG_ROLE_UNSPECIFIED	Catalog role is unspecified.
