Updates the anomaly detection settings for the account.

anomalyThreshold	Float	Probability threshold for anomaly detector.
ransomwareThreshold	Float	Probability threshold for ransomware detector.
isAnomalyAlertEnabled	Boolean	Flag to represent if alert on anomaly workload is enabled.
